Join us at stand E600
The ocean covers two-thirds of our planet, contains 99% of all habitats, absorbs nearly 30% of the CO2 we produce and regulates every facet of climate stability, from shaping weather systems to supporting biodiversity and enabling global trade. So how can we properly manage something we don’t fully understand? Fugro operates at the nexus of the world's ocean science challenges. Our solutions combine advanced data acquisition and innovative new technology to help turn the tide in ocean decline and bring huge gains in activities such as mapping the seabed, understanding ecosystems, aiding the energy transition and assessing climate-related risks.

Unlocking ocean insights
“We’re entering an exciting new era of ocean mapping and underwater inspection, one where data can be collected and delivered without a single person at sea. From introducing remote survey and inspection operations on crewed vessels to advancing fully remote vessels and robotics, we’re proud to help shape the future of ocean science through innovation and shared purpose.”

Group Director Strategy and Technology
10 March | 14:10 – 15:10 | Ocean Futures Theatre
Ocean intelligence: AI and Geo-data for valuing, protecting and restoring marine ecosystems
Coastal and ocean ecosystems are critical for climate resilience and economic prosperity, yet large data gaps across marine environments hold back timely decisions. This session explores how Geo-data (from satellites in space, to robots on the seafloor), AI-powered ocean intelligence, digital twins, and industry partnerships can bridge these gaps, guiding users to the right insights for ecosystem valuation, blue finance investment, disaster risk reduction, and sustainable planning.
11 March | 13:50 – 14:50 | Ocean Futures Theatre
Beyond the horizon: Building trust and resilience in remote and autonomous maritime operations
Remote operations centres and uncrewed systems are no longer experimental—they are becoming integral to offshore survey, inspection, and data acquisition. Yet, widespread adoption hinges on one critical factor: trust. This panel will explore how the ecosystem must evolve - from legal frameworks, workforce culture, data delivery, safety and security to providing the necessary surety and confidence the industry requires for full adoption.
10 March | 15:30 | Stand E600
Blue Prism® first look
We’re revealing our latest uncrewed surface vessel (USV), Blue Prism® live at OI26. Set to redefine the future of marine site characterisation, this new USV is equipped with industry-leading sensors and designed for superior geophysical and hydrographic surveys. Its enhanced capabilities exceed today’s market standards with precision, safety and sustainability at its core. Join us for a first look and drinks reception.
