Job Description

Fugro’s Remote Systems Technology Business Line has a great opportunity for a Rental Equipment (ROV Tooling) Equipment Coordinator to join our Tooling Team.

The Rental Equipment (ROV Tooling) Coordinator is the focal point for the entire rental process, ensuring maintenance and availability of all ROV Tooling and associated equipment, alongside delivering exceptional customer service. This role is crucial in optimising rental operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Aftermarket Manager and supporting the drive to meet department KPI’s, you'll be working in close collaboration with projects, workshop, QA & QC, commercial, engineering and procurement teams to achieve continuous development of standardised work instructions, maintenance regimes, technical and safety improvements, and delivery of operational excellence.

  • Strong experience of hydraulics, mechanics, and electronic systems

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of different ROV tooling systems and Offshore operations

  • Familiarity with ROV systems

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suites

Here’s what a typical day would be like:

  • Coordinate the rental process from start to finish, including equipment reservations, scheduling, and returns

  • Maintain accurate records of rental equipment inventory, availability, and usage

  • Ensure all rental equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and serviced before and after each rental

  • Communicate with customers to understand their equipment needs and provide appropriate recommendations

  • Adhere to and promote all Fugro QHSSE Management systems, policies, and standards

  • Driving feedback and continuous improvement
