Are you an experienced offshore professional ready to bring your skills onshore and make a meaningful impact? Fugro is seeking a Marine Drilling Senior Operations Support Supervisor to join our onshore team in Falmouth, supporting geotechnical drilling operations across Europe and Africa. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure our offshore projects are expertly planned and resourced, helping deliver safe, efficient, and technically sound operations. You’ll work closely with our Marine Geotech Operations Manager and collaborate with vessel teams, plant departments, and global peers to drive operational excellence. Your Role and Responsibilities
Expectations & Deliverables:
Coordinate site operations to ensure marine drilling projects are planned and resourced for success.
Act as the onshore point of contact for vessel teams, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
Deliver technical and operational support, including documentation, troubleshooting, and QHSSE incident management.
Responsibilities:
Support compliance with HSSEQ standards and promote best practices across field operations.
Provide technical guidance and coordinate operational procedures across the regional fleet.
Mobilise specialist drilling equipment and personnel and oversee logistics and crew training.
Maintain operational documentation and equipment specifications for allocated vessels.
Manage procurement of drilling equipment, spares, and consumables, liaising with suppliers and advisors.
What You’ll Need to Thrive in This Role
Proven geotechnical (marine) drilling experience, ideally on drilling vessels or jack-up barges.
Strong Communication, organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proven leadership or supervisory experience, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
Full driving licence (essential); Oil & Gas medical and BOSIET (preferred).
Proficiency in English and IT literacy (especially MS Office and SharePoint).
