Fugro promotes visible leadership and a strong sense of responsibility throughout the organisation, with respect to safety in particular. 

Senior managers set and implement the required relevant policies and procedures, decide on organisational objectives and priorities, and always lead by example. Furthermore, every employee is personally responsible for their own and their co-workers’ safety, and is authorised and encouraged to speak up and ‘stop the job’ if they feel a situation is unsafe.
