Fugro is looking for a visionary Marketing Technology Leader for ABB (Accelerated Business Build), its corporate venturing unit. Your Role
As the ABB Marketing Technology Leader, you will own the full marketing budget and oversee brand, content, and offline marketing through our content marketer – while simultaneously unlocking new growth levers through paid media, performance tracking, and lead activation via HubSpot.
You will define and lead the strategic marketing efforts across a growing portfolio of corporate ventures – starting with a single initiative and expanding your impact as the ventures mature.
Together with cross-functional teams, you’ll bridging marketing and sales, building scalable outreach systems, and ensuring the entire commercial funnel is tailored to each stage of growth – from market entry to scalable expansion.
What You’ll Do:
Lead generation & nurturing: design and execute organic and paid strategies to generate qualified leads and nurture them through the buying journey.
Growth marketing & campaign execution: own Linkedin and Google spending, and scale campaigns that deliver better results.
Marketing automation & lead nurturing: build and manage automated sequences in Hubspot to deliver nurtured leads to Sales team.
Sales enablement & revenue operations: optimize the marketing-sales handoff, CRM structure, and reporting to support pipeline visibility and sales performance.
Content marketer prioritization: set weekly priorities and direction for the content marketer in line with business priorities, sales events and product roadmap.
Experimentation with AI: explore and apply the latest AI tooling to enhance lead generation, engagement, and content creation.
With Whom You’ll Collaborate:
Sales Team: deliver targeted outreach campaigns to build strong relationships with public and private sector clients.
Client Success Team: ensure smooth handovers for new customer onboarding and collaborate on ongoing support and paid servicing opportunities.
DevOps Team: capture and relay client feedback, feature requests, and market insights to inform the product roadmap and prioritize development that drives user value.
Your Track Record
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, sales operations, demand generation, or a relevant strategy consulting role with demonstrated focus on commercial execution.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar platforms), including workflows, segmentation, and automation to activate and nurture leads.
A proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns (LinkedIn, Google) that drive qualified leads and efficient spend.
Comfort with sales reporting, performance tracking, funnel metrics, and campaign analytics to guide decisions and improvements.
Experience managing team member priorities and deliverables, ensuring alignment with broader goals and execution timelines.
Curiosity and confidence exploring AI tools to enhance campaign, content, and outreach processes.
