Job Description

Are you ready to work on a pioneering approach to ground risk management?

For our GroundIQ team, we are looking to expand our software capabilities with a skilled and motivated Full-Stack Developer.

In a team of developers, scientist and designers, you are responsible for back-end and front-end development. You work on the GroundIQ platform, a geophysical tool to understand ground conditions from day one. Thereby, helping to reduce project delays, budget overruns and unwanted surprises.

Your role

  • Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies;

  • Collaboration: Work with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions;

  • Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices;

  • Testing: Implement automated testing and continuous integration to ensure the reliability and performance of the applications;

  • Deployment: Manage the deployment of applications and monitor their performance in production environments;

  • Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the GroundIQ platform.

Our tech stack

  • Fronted: React and Typescript;

  • Backend: Python and Typescript;

  • Cloud: AWS (Cloud architecture, CloudWatch, CloudFormation);

  • DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines;

  • Database Management: SQL and NoSQL databases.

Your track record

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, Engineering, or a related field;

  • You have 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong portfolio of web applications;

  • Experience working in agile environments;

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

It is considered a plus if you

  • Experience with Geophysical/Geotechnical Software;

  • Familiarity with ECS;

  • Experience with Azure Enterprise applications and Azure ENTRA-ID.

  • Experience in a tech start-up is considered a plus.
