Fugro has sold its KLIC software communication services in the Netherlands to The People Group.
For nearly two decades, Fugro has provided KLIC (Kabel en Leidingen Informatie Centrum) software services to local authorities and other clients to allow them to communicate changes to their underground infrastructure with the Dutch land registry (Kadaster). Fugro has now divested these non-core activities as they are no longer a strategic focus for the business. After thorough consultation, Fugro selected The People Group to take over its KLIC services, including the two employees involved.
Huug Haasnoot, Regional Director Land Asset Integrity: “We are glad to have transferred these activities to The People Group as it will guarantee our clients’ continuity and further development of the services.”
