Changes to Fugro’s Supervisory Board

In addition, The Supervisory Board of Fugro is pleased to nominate Jabine van der Meijs for appointment as member of the Supervisory Board, commencing after the summer period.

Jabine van der Meijs has extensive management and Supervisory Board experience. She is a non-executive director and member of the Audit Committee at Pharming Group; a non-executive director and chair of the Audit Committee at VFS Global Group, Grundfos and the Centre for Human Drug Research; and a non-executive director at Chane Terminals. She previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Royal Schiphol, as Vice President of Finance Projects at Shell Global Solutions, and held various other financial leadership positions within the Shell Group. Her appointment will be put forward for resolution at an extraordinary meeting of shareholders to be convened in the near future. Upon her appointment, she will become a member of the Audit Committee.
