Ross MacFarlane introduces MASSPeople

In this episode, Andrew Connelly from the SUT, talks with Ross MacFarlane, about the MASSPeople programme, intended to improve regulation and people competencies in the fast-growing field of autonomous and uncrewed surface vessels. The MASSPeople working group will safeguard progression in the technology-people partnership identifying the workforce's changing needs and providing recommendations on new competency standards; as well as proposing specialisms, training structures and qualification requirements for operators now and in the future.
