  • You translate complex technical results into clear, client‑ready outputs, including reports, visualisations, and model inputs;

  • You coordinate equipment availability, logistics, and deployment to support multi‑regional project execution;

  • You contribute to CAPEX planning, asset management, and continuous improvement of operational workflows;

  • You train, coach, and support regional teams to build geophysical capability close to the client;

  • You collaborate with product, innovation, and presales teams to ensure operational feasibility and technical consistency;

  • You provide technical input to proposals and client discussions when required, supporting credible and accurate positioning of GroundIQ.

Your track record

  • You hold an advanced degree in Geophysics, Seismology, Applied Geosciences, or a closely related field;

  • You bring hands‑on experience in geophysical acquisition, processing, and interpretation, ideally including active and passive seismic methods;

  • You have delivered high‑quality geophysical outputs in applied or commercial project environments;

  • You are proficient with geophysical software (e.g., Oasis Montaj) and familiar with 3D modelling tools such as Leapfrog or equivalents;

  • You have working knowledge of Python or similar tools for data processing, analysis, or automation;

  • You communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders and enjoy engaging with teams across regions;

  • You thrive in a collaborative, hands‑on environment and are willing to support fieldwork, training, and occasional travel.

What Fugro offers

  • Extensive career & training opportunities both nationally and internationally;

  • Flexible working hours and the ability to work from home in accordance with your manager and corporate policies;
