Job Description

For our department in Nootdorp, we’re looking for a Group Reporting Specialist who will play an active operational role in our consolidation and reporting processes. In this role, you’ll be the go‑to expert within the group control team, providing both functional and technical support for Fugro’s consolidation and reporting system, Tagetik.

You’ll work closely with corporate finance and accounting teams at head office, business units around the world, Fugro ICT, and other key stakeholders to keep our CPM environment reliable, available, and performing at its best.

To support long‑term success, you’ll also play an active role in ongoing developments and projects across our reporting landscape, including Finance BI and Analytics.

Your role

  • You facilitate and support the monthly close process;

  • You support all stakeholders within the finance community with respect to CCH Tagetik and related reporting tools and the wider group control team with any ad hoc finance or finance systems related tasks;

  • You ensure the timely execution of the consolidation procedures and financial reporting;

  • You take responsibility for the CCH Tagetik change management process to ensure compliance with financial standards and the development of the group finance strategy;

  • You focus on becoming the team expert for CCH Tagetik and continuously learn, improve, and develop new skills.

Your track record

  • You have a master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Intelligence;

  • You have 3+ years of experience working in a similar role either in-house or in a consultancy role;

  • You have experience with a CPM system/ consolidation application, ideally Tagetik, or any other CPM system;

  • You have extensive Excel knowledge, experience with BI and Analytics tools such as powerBI are an advantage;

  • You are a self-starter with a critical mindset, you are enthusiastic to learn new technical skills, you take ownership, and are fluent in English both written and spoken.

  • Based on your relevant experience, the salary ranges from €3.780 to €4.780. This amount is part of our salary range, with opportunities for growth within the role;
