Job Description

About the Role:
As a TPI Inspector, you will ensure that materials, equipment, and installations meet client specifications and industry standards. You will perform inspections across various project activities, document findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with SAIC, SATIP, IMS, SAC, and ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that the Quality Control plans and documents as per company’s expectation are implemented and followed;  Implementation of the quality system throughout the organization in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001,45001,17020 & 17025.

  • Plan and perform periodic internal audits (Process and Technical) to assess the status of deployment of system to formulate corrective and preventive action for any non-conforming aspects, and to conduct follow-ups assessments on the resolution of these non-conformities.

  • To plan and perform regular internal audits of laboratory procedures including tests, inspection activities , internal calibration and all other aspects of the quality system as and when required.

  • Prepare and maintain the list of approved supplier/sub-contractor after conducting supplier/sub-contractor evaluation.

  • Witnessing Fit up & Marking Details, Alignment, Joint Configuration, and Dimension as per API650,Welding consumables – Selection of consumables, Consumable properties as per API650 & Specs, Weld Inspection – Weld size, Weld finish & Surface condition, Weld

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in mechanical engineer related field.

  • Minimum 3years of relevant experience.

  • AWS/CSWIP, BGAS/NACE, API 510/570/653, LEEA certifications.

  • Strong knowledge of welding, painting, and inspection standards.

  • Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
