As we scale GroundIQ, our high-growth venture in subsurface mapping and modelling, we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help define and amplify GroundIQ’s value to the world. This is more than just a product marketing role—it’s a rare opportunity to shape the go-to-market strategy of a next-generation platform that fuses geophysical screening data, geotechnical insights, and AI into robust 3D ground models.
You’ll work at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing to craft compelling narratives, drive adoption, and position GroundIQ as a category-defining solution. Your Role
Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear, differentiated messaging and value propositions that resonate with our target audiences.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead product launches and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollouts.
Customer Insights: Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product and marketing strategies.
Content Creation: Collaborate with designers and engineers to create compelling content—case studies, whitepapers, videos, and more.
Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with tools, training, and collateral to drive engagement and conversions.
Performance Tracking: Define KPIs, track campaign performance, and iterate based on data-driven insights.
ABM & Lead Generation: Drive high-quality lead generation through Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies—targeting high-value accounts with personalized, multi-touch campaigns that align sales and marketing efforts.
Innovation: Stay ahead of marketing trends and bring creative, AI-powered approaches to product storytelling and engagement.
Your trackrecord
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field;
You possess over 5 years of experience in B2B product marketing, ideally within SaaS, geospatial, or other technical industrie;
You have a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in fast-paced, venture-backed environments;
You bring strong storytelling, writing, and communication skills;
You have experience collaborating closely with product, engineering, and marketing communications teams to drive alignment and results;
You have experience leveraging AI tools and agents for product marketing tasks—such as content generation, customer segmentation, predictive analytics, and campaign optimization & automation;
You demonstrate an understanding of geotechnical or geospatial industries and their unique market dynamics;
You have a background in a tech start-up or innovation-driven environment, where agility and experimentation are key.
