Technical Sales Lead GroundIQ® (Europe)

Do you enjoy using your technical domain knowledge in geophysics to build business opportunities using a compelling value narrative? Are you a confident leader with a talent for inspiring and building trust with clients? Are you highly motivated to identify and pursue new opportunities? We're seeking a dynamic, client-facing technical sales lead, dedicated to scale GroundIQ® – our solution for managing ground risks in built asset development.

Your role will be crucial in expanding our footprint across Europe with an initial focus on Germany, taking the lead in key priority markets including infrastructure and energy and developing sales opportunities.

You have a comprehensive understanding of the entire asset development cycle and the needs of key stakeholders such as owners, designers and contractors and a proven track record in developing project opportunities. You possess a strong industry network and the ability to grow it to enable sales. Ideally, you have worked in technical sales and consultative selling using your domain strength in engineering geophysics.

GroundIQ® is a revolutionary, smart way to map and model what’s under the ground faster, easier, and more sustainably than ever before. It combines state-of-the-art ground imaging with targeted geotechnical observations and advanced data analytics, reducing the need for extensive exploratory site investigation programs. This enables engineers to make data-driven decisions for better ground risk management.

Your role

Your role will be to lead expansion of GroundIQ® solution sales in the Europe region mainly across the infrastructure and energy sectors. Your initial focus will be on German markets.

  • As the driving force behind scaling GroundIQ®, your task will be to discover, develop and convert opportunities to sales.

  • You will contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company, demonstrating ambition and energy - this will involve significant travel within Germany and the European region.

Your track record

  • You have a degree and preferably a higher degree in a geophysical discipline;

  • You understand the entire asset development cycle with a proven track record of more than 5 years in developing project opportunities;

  • You have a strong industry network and the ability to grow a network to enable sales;

  • You have exceptional presentation and client engagement skills;

  • You maintain a positive attitude to create a motivating work environment;

  • You have sufficient language skills to engage in German markets;

  • Commitment to personal and professional development sets you apart for sustained success.
