Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Geophysical Land Manager to lead our U.S.-based geophysics operations.
They will work collaboratively within and outside the Service Line to ensure optimal performance is achieved. This leadership role will also collaborate with geophysical groups in other countries/regions for expertise.

Job Responsibilities
Lead by example and place Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and the protection of the Environment as core values while never intentionally placing employees, our processes, customers, or the communities in which we live and work at risk.
Lead and mentor a team of geophysics professionals, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and innovation.
Oversee acquisition, processing, interpretation, and reporting of geophysical data.
Manage the group’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L ownership.
Drive strategic planning and collaborate with global geophysical teams.
Engage in business development, client meetings, and technical presentations.
Coordinate staffing, project scheduling, and resource optimization.
Ensure successful project delivery from initiation to evaluation.
Support innovation and implementation of new technologies and services.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
Possess a Master’s degree in Geophysics, Geotechnical Engineering, Geosystems, or related field.
Have 15 years or more of experience in geophysics or earth sciences.
Have 3 years or more in a geophysical management role with P&L responsibility.
Registered Professional Geophysicist preferred.
Strong client service, contract management, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and geophysical software tools.
Valid passport and driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
