At TotaLite, we’re looking for a warm, sharp, and proactive Office Manager to become the heart of our team and help us keep our fast-moving startup running smoothly.
At TotaLite, we’re revolutionizing how the world monitors critical infrastructure. Our smart optical sensors allow infrastructure owners to detect millimeter-scale displacements in real time—monitoring bridges, tunnels, rail networks, and more with high precision and giving peace of mind to the asset owners.
As our new Office Manager, you'll bring order, energy, and a sense of home to our Rotterdam HQ. You’ll be the person who keeps the engine running—handling administrative and financial tasks, making the office a clean and cozy place to work, and being that go-to “mom” or “dad” of the team. We don’t just want someone to manage logistics—we want someone who cares about people.
What you’ll do
Be the backbone of our Rotterdam office: keeping it clean, sharp, stocked, and welcoming;
Handle general office management tasks: manage supplies, schedule repairs, and coordinate team events or travel when needed;
Own our financial administration:
- Prepare outgoing payments
- Send and manage invoices
- Track expenses and help keep our bookkeeping in good shape;Support onboarding of new team members and make sure they feel right at home;
Maintain an organized and functional hybrid office setup (HQ + remote support);
Keep everyone smiling—even when printer ink runs out (again).
