Division Manager - Testing

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Division Manager-Testing to join our team. Manages the profitability and growth of the Division / Organization. Is responsible for line and staff operations. Directs the Division of long range plans, strategy and policy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Wins project opportunities with the service line by developing and delivering the short-term service line strategy

• Developing and maintaining client satisfaction, sustainable revenue and profit growth

• Support commercial team by providing smart pricing solutions

• Problem-solving/judgment: ability to work unsupervised and observe, think critically and to solve problems using data-analysis, interpretation, and reasoning skills.

• Teamwork: dedication and ability to work successfully with others in a team.

• Information & Communication: ability to receive information from, and convey information to others, in a timely and clear manner, using appropriate language, and communication tools.

• Client focus: ability to generate client satisfaction (internally and externally), potentially resulting in long term client relationships and additional business.

• Planning & organizing: able to set priorities and determine actions, time and resources (tools, software, people, and budget as appropriate.) to achieve pre-defined goals. Monitor and manage timely delivery, leading to reliability and client satisfaction.

• ability to generate client satisfaction (internally and externally), potentially resulting in long term client relationships and additional business.. Attend meetings with client on an as required basis.

• Ensure that Fugro policies and procedures are understood, implemented and adhered to by all employees. Drive various Fugro initiatives for achieving high standards of safety culture.

You Bring (qualifications & Experience)

• B.Sc. Engineering equivalent relevant degree. preferably M.Sc. degree holder

• 10-15 years relevant experience

• You have strong people skills and can effectively communicate.

• Team building (Able to effectively organize testing work flow utilizing a multi-national team.)

• Training (Mentor and coach laboratory managers to help them gain confidence in running the smooth and efficient testing operations)
