Job Description

We are looking for a Treasury Specialist to join the Corporate Finance & Treasury team, based in Leidschendam.

As a Treasury Specialist you are part of the Treasury operations team, supporting the Global Cash Manager and Global Treasury Manager on a wide variety of treasury tasks and processes.

In this role you have a global scope, and you work closely with relevant internal business partners to improve our treasury service level and with our external partners on banking activities and trade finance. You are a valued member of a small but dynamic team, offering you an opportunity to broaden and deepen your treasury skillset.

Your role

  • You are responsible for daily cash management and liquidity reporting, and ensure compliance with internal controls;

  • You forecast group and entity cash-flows to assess funding needs;

  • You initiate Treasury payments including coordination of the netting process;

  • You manage the global bank account structure and coordinate KYC requests;

  • You support the bank guarantee application process, analyse and reconcile bank and guarantee fees, and manage access rights to banking and payment tools;

  • You support ad-hoc treasury improvement projects.

Your track record

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Finance or similar;

  • You have at least 3 years working experience in Treasury, preferably at a multinational company;

  • You are pro-active, analytical, accurate and you easily interact with other people, both internally and externally;

  • You have excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
