Job Description

Human Resources Officer

Responsibility:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources & Administration functions including but not limited to recruitment, staff on-board, exit arrangement, staff leave and attendance record update, and employee relations

  • Handle C&B operations including but not limited to payroll calculation, pension, social insurance administration and taxation

  • Coordinate learning and development program

  • Handle general office administration duties and other miscellaneous supplies

  • Assist in organizing company events and staff social activities

  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience in Human Resources Management, with hands-on Human Resources experience is an advantage.

  • Well-versed in local labour law and other employment-related ordinances and practices

  • Hands-on experience in payroll administration, capable to process payroll independently

  • Proactive, detail-oriented and logical thinking

  • Self-motivated, Strong sense of responsibility

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good command of spoken and written English

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
