Job Description
Human Resources Officer
Responsibility:
Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources & Administration functions including but not limited to recruitment, staff on-board, exit arrangement, staff leave and attendance record update, and employee relations
Handle C&B operations including but not limited to payroll calculation, pension, social insurance administration and taxation
Coordinate learning and development program
Handle general office administration duties and other miscellaneous supplies
Assist in organizing company events and staff social activities
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement:
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
Minimum 4 years relevant experience in Human Resources Management, with hands-on Human Resources experience is an advantage.
Well-versed in local labour law and other employment-related ordinances and practices
Hands-on experience in payroll administration, capable to process payroll independently
Proactive, detail-oriented and logical thinking
Self-motivated, Strong sense of responsibility
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of spoken and written English
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
