Job Description

As an Operator / fieldworker at Fugro, you'll be in the field examining the geotechnical properties of the soil. You'll conduct various types of soil research at one or more locations across the Netherlands. We use special tools/machinery to collect data from the ground. The research you conduct provides insight into the quality of the soil and other specific characteristics.

You'll work throughout the Netherlands, and your start (and end times) are flexible. We depart early from our base in Nootdorp (between 06:00 and 06:30) to reach the site before the traffic. You might spend longer periods at a location due to a large project. In good consultation, accommodations will be arranged for you at a good hotel.

No experience with soil drilling or the relevant machinery? No problem, we're happy to teach you! Once you demonstrate proficiency in the work, we'd like to explore with you the possibility of obtaining a C driver's license and identify other necessary training or education to further your development as a professional.

To be considered for employment, candidates must possess eligibility to work in the Netherlands in accordance with local employment regulations.
