Job Responsibilities

  • Perform AR daily transactions up to date. Handle the O2C end to end process.

  • Assist with month-end close duties and other tasks when necessary

  • Ensure AR policies, procedures and process flows are adhered to, updated and reviewed as per company guidelines

  • Coordinate and collaborate with the team members and stakeholders to identify root causes and work on counter-measures to resolve the issue accordingly.

  • Assist in Team Lead in performing facilitating and reviewing day to day operation activity.

  • Drive standardization of processes and continuously looks for improvements in the AR process and drives improvement projects.

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.

  • At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Cantonese will be added as advantage

  • Well organized and able to manage vary workloads

  • Can work under pressure and meeting deadlines

  • Detailed-oriented and willing to take on challenges.
