Job Description

For our HQ in Leidschendam, we are looking for an IT Service Manager. As the primary point of contact for IT services and processes, you oversee, coordinate, monitor, evaluate and adjust to ensure operational services delivery and maintain a good balance between costs and quality. Your role

  • You collaborate and align with various groups, including Application Services, Information Security Management, Business Lines, Innovation Groups, and external vendors;

  • You ensure effective day-to-day operations, adhering to Request, Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes and procedures on Applications;

  • You oversee the transition of applications from development to maintenance. They analyze the impact of changes on operational processes and standards to ensure a smooth transition;

  • You act as the Single Point of Contact for IT Application Services, handling escalations and future business plans or activities;

  • You provide vendor oversight, supporting the Operating Companies and sites;

  • You develop and maintain IT Application Service processes, ensuring alignment with overall business continuity requirements;

  • You collaborate with Testing and Portfolio Managers to ensure effectiveness, reviewing results, and taking corrective actions to address deficiencies.

Your track record

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Education, Business, Information Technology, Technical, Information Systems, Engineering, Business/Administration, Management, or Technology;

  • You have 3+ years of relevant experience in IT Governance, business operations or similar roles;

  • You have excellent English language skills both written and oral.
