Job Description

Your role

  • You provide functional support and training within the domain of Procurement in Fugro’s IFS ERP system. This entails responding to user incidents and questions, trouble shooting issues and providing timely resolutions and answers;

  • You assist users in navigating the software, diagnosing and resolving functional issues and answering questions that could not be answered in Level 1 support;

  • You accurately document user interactions, reported problems and resolutions in a ticketing system or knowledge base;

  • You liaise with developers, system administrators and BPE’s to escalate complex issues, coordinate bug fixes and communicate updates to end users;

  • You continuously identify opportunities to enhance the user support process and develop self-service resources such as FAQ’s, user guides and video tutorials to empower users to solve basic issues independently;

  • You keep updated with the latest software updates to ensure optimal support delivery and suggest improvements;

  • You assist in identifying main risks and propose mitigations in the ERP system where possible.

Your track record

  • You have at least a Secondary Vocational Education degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or a related field;

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain and Application / Functional Support;

  • You preferably have a background within an international project-oriented environment;

  • As a plus, you have certifications such as ITIL or HDI Support Center Analyst;

  • You are service minded and have great communication and stakeholder management skills;

  • You have excellent English language skills, both written and oral.
