Job Description

Our Europe & Africa organisation (EUAF) is accelerating innovation through citizen development and responsible AI adoption. The Citizen Development program empowers business teams to create value through guided, secure and scalable automation. As the Community & Change Professional, you drive adoption, trust and sustained engagement by shaping culture, enabling behavioral change and activating the EUAF Citizen Development Community through structured communication, facilitation and change management.

Your role

  • You drive adoption, trust and long‑term engagement of citizen development and AI initiatives;

  • You activate the Citizen Development Community through events, storytelling and best-practice sharing;

  • You shape culture and behavioral change through structured communication and facilitation;

  • You lead EUAF regional Citizen Development Community communications aligned with global CD strategies;

  • You develop and implement communication plans and community guidelines for regional and local teams;

  • You ensure communication and change initiatives align with governance, policies and organisational standards;

  • You collaborate across business units, leadership, IT and the Citizen Development program to ensure alignment;

  • You activate the Citizen Development Community through events, storytelling and best‑practice sharing.

Your track record

  • You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, communications, community or innovation programs;

  • You hold a Bachelor/Master in Business, Communications, HR or a related field;

  • You have experience driving cross‑functional change and engagement initiatives;

  • You are fluent in English and skilled in storytelling, facilitation and community engagement;

  • You have experience with workshop facilitation, event hosting and adoption metrics;

  • You ideally hold certifications such as Prosci, Agile or facilitation credentials;

  • You are comfortable influencing stakeholders without formal authority.

What Fugro offers

  • A gross monthly salary between €5000 and €5800, depending on your relevant experience. This amount falls within our salary range and offers opportunities for growth within the role;
