Job Description
As an Application Management Specialist you advise on and support systems managed by the Computerised Management System (CMS) Department for Fleet Services (FS) on a global level, both on and offshore, in line with the Fleet Services global standards and guidelines. In this role it is your responsibility to also handle escalated and more complex technical- and process related CMS issues.
Your role
You standardise and combine activities, monitor the implementation of management systems and ensure effective teamwork with fleet management on a local and global level;
You act as a gatekeeper of uploaded data and contribute to the upload and processing of new build and project documentation;
You conduct daily maintenance of the FS business systems, assist on in time rectification of non-conformities and observations assigned to the CMS department, and contribute to a fit for purpose and fully functional computerised management system;
You provide end-user support and are responsible for the in time and close out of raised service desk tickets;
You assist in system testing and development of end user manuals and eLearning training sources, conduct daily maintenance of the CMS, provide end-user support and are responsible for the timely closure of service desk tickets;
You provide input for CMS policies and procedures, the CMS department budget and for periodical CMS reports.
Your track record
You have a bachelor’s degree in an IT related discipline and preferably previous working experience in a similar role;
You have the ability to interact with a variety of people and know how to build strong relationships and are experienced with supporting both internal and external clients;
You actively focus on achieving sustainable result, and strive for success and operational excellence;
You take ownership and initiative, acting with confidence, with the ability to make prompt and clear decisions with appropriate urgency;
You have excellent communication and reporting skills in English (verbal and written).

Based on your relevant experience, the salary ranges from €3.780 to €5.015. This amount is part of our salary range, with opportunities for growth within the role;
