  • Track progress against baseline and identify schedule deviations.

  • Perform critical path and float analysis.

  • Update schedules regularly and produce lookaheads and forecasts.

  • Monitor milestones, deliverables, and planning packages.

  • Support extension of time (EOT) and delay claims when required.

3. Commercial & Contractual Support

  • Align schedules with contract requirements and milestones

  • Support projects teams with:

    • Invoice milestones

    • Change order and variation analysis

  • Ensure schedule supports cash flow and resource planning

4. Tender Support

  • Develop tender schedules and execution strategies

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering

  • 3–6 years of experience in project planning, preferably within offshore, marine, or energy sector projects

  • Prior exposure to vessel‑based operations and offshore execution planning is highly preferred

  • Strong expertise in Primavera P6 / MS Project

  • Understanding of offshore operations and marine logistics

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving

  • Knowledge of contractual and commercial frameworks

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Value to Fugro

The Senior Planner plays a key role in:
