Job Description
As our People Services Project Manager, you will drive the simplification, optimization and streamlining of HR Shared Services processes across the Europe–Africa region. You oversee the full Hire to Retire lifecycle and ensure our HR operations are efficient, compliant, and aligned with Fugro’s strategic goals.
You act as the key link between Fugro, external HR vendors, and internal stakeholders. By analysing current processes and implementing best‑practice solutions, you help create a seamless and consistent HR experience for employees and managers across borders.

Take the lead in shaping and continuously elevating our end‑to‑end Hire‑to‑Retire processes, pushing HR to be smarter, faster, and more impactful.
Drive the momentum behind regional and global process harmonization, bringing consistency everywhere while smartly navigating local legal needs.
Team up with HR colleagues, business leaders, and process owners at every level to power real transformation across the organization.
Turn data into action — spotting trends, revealing inefficiencies, and seizing improvement opportunities with enthusiasm.
Keep our HR processes rock‑solid by ensuring they always meet legal, regulatory, and internal standards.
Fuel change across the business by inspiring teams to embrace new processes, technologies, and ways of working.

What you bring that makes you stand out
Hands-on experience in process optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement, and a passion for making HR operations smarter and more efficient.
A proven track record of leading HR operational change projects end‑to‑end, delivering results in fast‑moving and evolving environments.
Practical Workday expertise, combined with a strong understanding of digitalization, automation, and AI to elevate and modernize HR processes.
Experience steering complex, multi‑stakeholder projects, supported by sharp analytical skills and a data‑driven mindset to guide decision‑making.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to build trust, influence, and drive adoption across all levels of the organization.
A structured, proactive, and solution‑oriented approach, with a natural ability to bring clarity and direction.
