Job Description

As a Product Manager within the (marine) geotechnical service line, you enhance the reliability, capability, and productivity of our in-situ probes and sensors. In this role, you bridge product development and project delivery, ensuring continuous improvement aligned with user needs and market trends.
Your role
You own and articulate the product and technology vision, managing the full lifecycle from concept to optimisation;
You define product requirements and goals across all relevant in‑situ probe and sensor products;
You collaborate cross‑functionally with design, innovation, asset management, and operations to prioritize resources and capabilities;
You guide development teams by creating user stories, validating assumptions, and steering backlog prioritisation;
You contribute to budgeting for innovation and fabrication, including monitoring and reporting on progress;
You translate client needs into strong business cases aligned with strategic guidelines and market insights;
You track product performance and drive continuous improvement using agile practices, client feedback, and market dynamics.
Your track record
You have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field;
You are passionate about mechatronics and small sensor technologies; affinity with geotechnical investigation, ISO22476-1, and ISO19901-8 are preferred;
You have experience in product management of integrated systems, ideally in a technology or asset management environment;
You can define and deliver business value while maintaining cost control over time;
You have excellent problem-solving, organisational, and analytical skills;
You demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, engaging effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
