As a People Services Administrator, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality support across the business. You will be the first point of contact for colleagues, ensuring queries are resolved professionally, accurately and efficiently. You will also use your strong system skills and learning agility to enhance processes and support improvements across our UK‑wide team.

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Provide reliable, professional and friendly customer service, ensuring all colleague queries are managed promptly and effectively.

  • Apply strong skills in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint and Word, along with our HR system (Workday), to deliver accurate data processing, maintain compliance standards and enhance the colleague experience.

  • Collaborate with colleagues across multiple locations to resolve issues, share knowledge and support consistent service delivery.

  • Maintain exceptionally high standards of accuracy, producing error‑free work and supporting others to embed quality across the team.

  • Support business change by adapting quickly to new processes, technology and organisational needs.

  • Actively share expertise with the wider team, helping to build capability and confidence across People Services.

What you’ll need to thrive in this role:

  • High competence in IT systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, support others and use technology to streamline processes.

  • Exceptional learning agility, quickly understanding new concepts, adapting to change and helping others do the same.

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration, working effectively with colleagues across multiple locations and functions.

  • Outstanding attention to detail, consistently producing accurate and compliant work.

  • A customer‑focused mindset, ensuring every interaction is professional, positive and solution‑oriented.

  • Forward‑thinking capability, with a proactive approach to understanding what the organisation needs next.
