Job Purpose:
Coordinates logistical movements, ensuring cost-effective and timely transportation solutions to meet operational demands by: 1) arranging and monitoring transport services for goods and assets, 2) maintaining auditable import/export records in compliance with customs regulations, 3) resolving discrepancies in transport documentation with brokers and agents, 4) supporting customs audits and QHSSE requirements, 5) maintaining effective administrative control of the shipping and movement of company and third-party assets, and 6) ensuring relevant customs approvals and authorizations are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Logistics Manager in completing customs, port, and octroi formalities.
Coordinate transportation, loading, and unloading of equipment at ports and project sites.
Liaise with customs, port authorities, and other government officials as required during the movement of personnel and equipment to and from project sites.
Prepare and manage vehicle transit documents.
Coordinate and manage courier arrangements.
Raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and support procurement-related activities.
Process bill verification and bill passing through the IFS system.
Actively participate in and support compliance with the company’s Management Systems, particularly Quality and HSE requirements.
Maintain and update logistics and administration databases.
Arrange vehicle support for project personnel movement as per project requirements.
Raise Exflow requests, release RFQs, and coordinate issuance of POs for logistics and administration activities.
Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely receipt, verification, and submission of invoices.
Work closely with Accounts and service providers for invoice processing and account reconciliation.
Assist in preparing monthly logistics reports.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the company from time to time.
Required Experience & Skills:
0–1 years of experience.
Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and a proactive, results-driven approach.
Good command of English (written and verbal), with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.

HSE Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring the safety of self and others at the site. Prevent damage to equipment and assets. Responsible for following all safety signs/procedures/ safe working practices. Responsible for using appropriate PPE’s Responsible for participating in mock drills. Entitled to refuse to undertake any activity considered unsafe. Responsible for filling up of hazard observation card, wherever a hazard has been noticed at the site. Responsible for safe housekeeping of his workplace. To stop any operation that is deemed unsafe. To be able to operate a fire extinguisher in case of fire. To report an incident as soon as possible to the immediate supervisor and HSE manager. To complete HSE training as instructed to do so.
