Demonstrate visible leadership and genuine management commitment to strengthening the safety culture, with a focus on ensuring new technologies and developments reduce HSSE risk.
Ensure all personnel involved in implementation, trials, and pilots comply with Fugro values, the Code of Conduct, and Life‑Saving Rules, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
Deliver assigned projects and work packages within approved EBIT targets through effective cost control, risk management, and execution discipline.
Establish and maintain auditable project execution documentation in compliance with Fugro project management standards and client requirements, enabling internal assurance and client acceptance.
