Job Description

Fugro’s Positioning and Construction Support team is seeking a Project Coordinator to help us deliver safe, efficient and high‑quality project outcomes for our clients. In this role, you will support the coordination of multidisciplinary projects that enable our customers to make informed decisions about their marine and construction operations.

Working closely with the Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, you’ll help ensure seamless project delivery, strong communication, and consistent operational excellence. Your role and responsibilities:

As the Project Coordinator you will:

  • Drive successful delivery of Positioning & Construction Support Service Line projects by coordinating and leading on administrative tasks.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to streamline project management processes and improve operational efficiency.

  • Track costs and support with invoicing and procurement tasks.

  • Take ownership of small internal projects whilst working with other Fugro service lines.

  • Act as a central communication hub between departments, enabling efficient project tracking, reporting, and task execution.

What you’ll need to thrive in this role:

  • Ideal candidates bring project-based experience or business operations experience.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to support effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to produce high-quality documentation and reporting.

  • Demonstrates confident personal leadership, taking ownership of tasks and driving positive outcomes.

  • Acts as a strong communicator who promotes open and transparent communication across teams.

  • Highly results-focused, with a passion for achieving goals and supporting successful project delivery.

  • Provides reliable support to internal departments and key stakeholders, contributing to seamless business operations.

  • Shows strong business acumen, identifying opportunities aligned with the company’s strategic vision and long-term goals.
