Reporting directly to the Regional Head of HR for the Middle East and India region and serving as a key member of the Middle East and India HR leadership team, this role will design and deliver strategic talent, performance, learning, and leadership development initiatives that foster organisational, personal, and professional growth, in alignment with Fugro’s mission and values.
The Regional Talent, Learning & Leadership Development Manager will define and drive the talent strategy for the MEI region, enabling business growth by focusing on our most valuable asset: our people.
We are seeking a hands-on, collaborative leader who is passionate about developing, engaging and retaining talent, and who thrives on designing fit-for-purpose strategies while successfully implementing Regional and Global programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate executive-level (RLT) talent reviews, performance discussions, engagement and other development focused workshops and education to support an ongoing talent focus and education of senior stakeholders.
Ongoing education sessions to stakeholders on Fugro’s talent planning framework, philosophy and goals.
Support the Regional Head of HR with leadership communications (i.e. Townhalls, Executive Updates, etc.) and strategic organisational development projects.
Partner with global and regional leadership to design and execute the MEI talent vision and strategy, aligned with business goals.
Own core people processes, including performance management, development planning, and talent planning.
Effectively and closely collaborate with Country HR teams within the region as key stakeholders to support the delivery of our Talent Strategy.
Further enhance succession planning strategy and needs within the region including presenting a joined-up view of talent, succession, and capability region wide to support talent and workforce planning.
Assess leadership development needs and design fit-for-purpose resources leveraging Fugro’s leadership model.
Build innovative career development tools to engage employees and promote cross-training and support internal mobility through regional talent councils and forums.
Implement global learning programs in the Americas region, including participant selection and facilitation where needed.
Partner with global learning team to identify capability gaps and determine regional approaches.
Collaborate with Commercial Excellence leaders to deploy programs that enhance commercial capabilities.
Define and execute assessment strategies (e.g., 360s, leadership potential).
Use data and analytics to evaluate talent bench strength, capability gaps and program effectiveness.
Leverage engagement data, trends and needs to drive initiatives across the region.
Actively participate in external forums to strengthen Fugro’s employer brand and adopt talent best practices.
Lead the Talent, Learning and Leadership Development team within MEI (x 1 direct report) driving performance, engagement, and capability building to meet evolving business needs.
Champion and enable team development and opportunities for growth.
What Skills & Experience Will You Have?
8 years of progressive experience in HR, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or Learning & Development.
Excellent presentation, facilitation and storytelling skills including demonstrable impact at senior leadership levels.
Strong influencing and collaboration skills; comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and leveraging data.
Proven experience building and leading teams.
Strategic mindset with high learning agility, proactive approach, and ability to drive change.
Preferred
Master’s degree in organizational development, Human Resources, or related field.
