Senior Transformation Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Senior Analyst to join our dynamic and brilliant Transformation Office. In this role you will provide crucial support in driving the implementation of transformation programs.

Your role

• You help in optimising and enhancing master plan and tracking of the transformation programs, helping the team on gathering and consolidating info in the best way;

• You collaborate with Business Line Directors, Program owners and other leaders to ensure the successful execution of transformation strategies and plans, taking also the lead in supporting few selected initiatives roll-out, by interacting by first-hand with Senior Stakeholders to help them in deploying the relevant initiatives;

• You support the deployment of change management strategies into action to mitigate resistance and ensure stakeholder buy-in. You develop communication content, work closely with training and communications teams to ensure alignment and support during the transformation process;

• You identify best practices and suggest process improvements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of transformation office practices;

• You develop and maintain monthly and quarterly reports, dashboards, and presentations to track progress and communicate key findings to different stakeholders

Your track record

• You have 3+ years of experience in business analysis, consultancy, transformation, or related roles, with a preference for experience in MBB consulting firms;

• You have strong data analysis skills, with experience using Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools to generate insights;

• You have effective communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation, presenting data clearly and concisely;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must, and familiarity with transformation management or project management software tools is an advantage;

• You have a problem-solving mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and providing solutions;

• You have previous experience in interfacing with Senior Stakeholders, managing to share ideas and recommendations.
