This is a key role for the team as it is the central point between the different HR functions and the wider business throughout the employee lifecycle.

Maintaining the HR information system (Workday) including processing employee data changes and organisational structural changes;
Becoming the subject matter expert and advocate for data integrity on Workday;
Management of onboarding, contract changes and offboarding processes for employees and contractors, including generation of employment contracts and variation letters
Coordinating training requests, liaising with stakeholders regarding employee changes and responding to email enquiries on the shared HR email inbox;
Adhoc administrative support to the wider HR team as required.
About You
The key to succeeding in this role is your natural interest and curiosity in becoming the subject matter expert in the system. You are process driven, organized and structured, whilst having a collaborative and team-oriented working style.
We are looking for someone who has:
Demonstrated experience and proficiency with information systems and MS Office suite;
An approachable, can-do attitude with a willingness and initiative to provide assistance to the team and wider business;
Organized with a high attention to detail and critical thinking;
Ability to engage with stakeholders and provide a high level of customer service;
