Job Description
Ready to redefine the future of Geo-data? We’re looking for an experienced Global Transformation Manager to join our dynamic and brilliant Transformation Office. In this role, you drive key transformation programs, shaping ideas into clear, actionable plans and engaging senior stakeholders throughout execution.

Your role
You play a key role in the change management, supporting Fugro in engaging and keeping people on-board;
You develop and implement comprehensive transformation plans to drive change and achieve transformation goals;
You structure and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment and delivery;
You track progress to create transparency, enable faster decision‑making, and improve predictability;
You prepare and deliver effective communications to ensure clarity and consistency throughout the transformation journey;
You drive change management by engaging stakeholders and supporting adoption across the organisation and you coach leaders and managers to ensure successful program execution;
You conduct impact and readiness analyses, track adoption and utilisation, and coordinate with specialists such as training and communications teams.
Your track record
You have a MSc degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field in combination with consulting and corporate experience;
You have 5+ years of experience in transformation management or related roles;
You have proven experience in managing large-scale organisational change in complex settings with strong stakeholders management skills;
You have deep understanding of transformation management principles, methodologies, and tools, with certification in change management (e.g., ADKAR);
You posses excellent communication and change management skills, showcase proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and transformation management software tools;
You are analytical, in the possession of problem-solving skills and are able to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
