Job Purpose:
This role is responsible for managing the preparation and delivery of transfer pricing documentation for multiple jurisdictions and supporting audits and internal stakeholders across the Group.
You will work closely with regional tax and finance teams, business stakeholders, and external advisors to ensure transfer pricing outcomes are robust, compliant, and aligned with Fugro’s global policies.
The role reports to the Group Transfer Pricing Manager and requires strong technical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables in parallel.
This position suits an individual who is technically strong, highly organised, and comfortable managing deliverables independently in a fast-moving multinational and multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Transfer Pricing Compliance
• Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation, including Local Files, benchmarking studies, and supporting analyses.
• Ensure documentation reflects commercial reality, intercompany arrangements, and local regulatory requirements.
• Support annual compliance timelines across multiple jurisdictions.
Business & Finance Coordination
• Work with regional tax and finance teams to gather and validate financial and operational data.
• Translate business activities into clear, defensible TP narratives.
• Assist stakeholders with TP-related questions and day-to-day matters.
Audit & Risk Support
• Support transfer pricing audits and tax authority inquiries.
• Assist with responses to information requests and audit defence materials.
• Identify potential TP risks and escalate issues where appropriate.
External Advisor Management
• Coordinate with external advisors where required, reviewing deliverables for quality and consistency.
• Help optimise the use of advisers to control costs and timelines.
Governance & Continuous Improvement
• Maintain internal transfer pricing files and documentation standards.
• Support the implementation of global TP policies and processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance workflows and documentation quality.
Required Experience & Skills:
• 7+ years’ experience in transfer pricing, tax, or related advisory roles.
• Experience in Big 4 and/or multinational environments required.
• Solid understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with financial data.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines across multiple workstreams.
• Highly proactive, with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outcomes without constant supervision.

HSE Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring the safety of self and others at the site. Prevent damage to equipment and assets. Responsible for following all safety signs/procedures/ safe working practices. Responsible for using appropriate PPE’s Responsible for participating in mock drills. Entitled to refuse to undertake any activity considered unsafe. Responsible for filling up of hazard observation card, wherever a hazard has been noticed at site. Responsible for safe housekeeping of his workplace. To stop any operation that is deemed unsafe. To be able to operate a fire extinguisher in case of fire. To report an incident as soon as possible to the immediate supervisor and the HSE manager. To complete HSE training as instructed to do so.
