As a User Enablement Lead inside our GeoDin Client Success team, work alongside passionate experts, and help our users have an optimal experience with GeoDin and obtain the highest value. In this vital position, you will ensure our users attain a smooth setup of our world-leading geotechnical software, and make sure they are receiving the right and timely support from our experts in our global organization.
Your Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding & Support:
Help clients onboard: Manage client onboarding processes, including license provisioning, documentation and assistance.
Time coordination: Coordinate with the Client Success and Sales teams to ensure timely setup and delivery of software packages and extensions or trainings
Ensure retention: Maintain accurate records of client contracts, license usage, and renewals.
Operational Support:
Maintain internal administrative procedures for GeoDin deployments.
Ensure compliance with internal data governance and software usage policies.
Team Coordination:
Act as the liaison between Client Success, Sales, and Technical Support teams.
Schedule and document internal & external meetings, training sessions, and client workshops.
Documentation & Reporting:
Enrich our user guides, with maintaining our online platforms where users can access self-service content, such as our support website, video channels etc.
Maintain up-to-date documentation for administrative workflows and client setups.
Generate reports on client onboarding status, license metrics, and support activities.
Assist in preparing materials for audits, reviews, and internal reporting.
Desired Personal Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field.
Strong Communication Skills: Mastery in both verbal and written communication is crucial, as it helps to articulate the benefits of products effectively, respond to client inquiries, and present sales pitches that resonate with diverse audiences.
International communication skills: Fluency in Written and Spoken English and German Language. Dutch and/or French would be a strong bonus.
Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work effectively across hybrid teams, fast-paced agile team environments, contributing to collaborative problem-solving and project management.
Hybrid way of working: Be comfortable with working remotely and flexible with colleagues working in different countries. It can be based out of our Berlin or the Hague offices.
