Are you detail-oriented, client-focused, and passionate about delivering winning proposals? Fugro SAE is looking for a Tender Engineer to join our Commercial team. 💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage all aspects of proposal development—from analyzing client requirements to preparing and submitting bids.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Technical, and Project Management teams to ensure proposals meet client needs and company standards.

  • Develop cost analyses and pricing schedules based on proposal requirements.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and updates.

  • Ensure compliance with QHSSE standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🧩 What You Bring to the Table:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

  • Experience: 5–7 years in soil investigation, laboratory testing, and foundation design.

  • Familiarity with rock mechanics, foundation computations, and testing.

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and strong MS Excel skills.

  • Knowledge of computational geotechnics packages and in-house spreadsheets.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
