Job Description

EOMAP, a global leader in Earth Observation-based water and coastal insights, is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead our commercial expansion across the Americas. This is your opportunity to join a mission-driven team at the forefront of climate adaptation, nature-based solutions, and satellite analytics.

We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager who thrives on targets, builds relationships that convert, and knows how to close deals in complex, technical environments. You’ll be the face of EOMAP in the Americas, driving growth in sectors like environmental consulting, climate resilience, and infrastructure planning. You’ll be supported by strong domain expertise from the EOMAP headquarters in Europe.

And you won’t be doing it alone — you’ll be backed by the deep regional footprint, technical expertise, and client relationships of Fugro’s business in the Americas. This gives you a powerful platform to scale quickly, access key markets, and deliver integrated solutions that combine EO data with in-situ and marine Geo-data. Role targets will be focused on EO sales and will contribute directly to EOMAP and indirectly to leveraging EO for Fugro strategic end markets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for EOMAP’s EO services in the Americas

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across public, private, NGO, and IFI sectors

  • Leverage Fugro’s regional footprint, infrastructure, and client base to accelerate market penetration

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with a focus on recurring revenue and strategic accounts

  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to tailor EO solutions to client needs

  • Represent EOMAP at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

  • Deliver against ambitious sales targets and report on KPIs to leadership

  • local regulations n Performs project risk analysis if potential risk identified.

Job Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States, without restrictions.

  • Possess or be able to obtain a valid passport, possible international travel/assignments may be required.

  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in Earth Observation, geospatial analytics, or environmental services

  • Bachelor’s degree in geosciences, geosystems, geotechnical engineering or equivalent is preferred.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a technical or consultative sales environment

  • Strong network in sectors such as coastal engineering, environmental consulting, or climate adaptation

  • Familiarity with EO data applications in coastal resilience and nature-based solutions

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and across time zones
