Job Description
We are looking for a senior Demand Generation Manager to shape our global strategy and drive measurable commercial impact. In this pivotal role, you will define frameworks, playbooks and standards that help regional teams generate qualified leads and deliver consistent results.
You will lead global campaigns on selected topics while enabling regional marketeers through education, alignment and hands-on support. Innovation is key. You will embed artificial intelligence driven insights, predictive analytics and automation to build a scalable future ready marketing engine.
Working closely with sales and the Brand Marketing and Communications team, you will ensure demand generation efforts are agile, aligned with business priorities and capable of adapting to change. You will also contribute to campaign planning, performance tracking and the development of Fugro’s marketing playbook.

You will be part of Fugro’s global Brand, Marketing & Communications team, working closely with colleagues across content, digital, PR and regional marketing.
Your role
Lead Generation and Nurturing
Develop and run outbound marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads
Use marketing automation tools to nurture prospects and improve conversion rates
Align lead generation with sales and customer relationship management processes
Set governance and standards for lead management and marketing automation, ensuring alignment across teams
Funnel Optimisation
Monitor and improve the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion
Use analytics to identify issues and enhance performance
Work with digital and content teams to create smooth customer journeys
Campaign Execution
Plan and deliver targeted campaigns using search engine optimisation, search engine advertising, email and paid media
Segment audiences and tailor outreach using data insights
Track campaign results and adjust tactics to improve return on investment
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with sales, commercial excellence and regional marketing teams to align goals
Ensure consistent messaging across outbound channels
Support internal training and ambassador programmes
Work closely with Digital, Content and Brand teams to deliver an integrated marketing approach
Develop global frameworks and enable regional marketers to scale best practices across markets.
Marketing Enablement
Help teams adopt best practices and improve marketing capabilities
Promote consistent messaging and integration across all channels
Coach regional marketing teams to adopt best practices in demand generation, campaign planning and marketing automation.
Contribute to internal enablement and team development initiatives
Execute agile marketing workflows by running short, iterative sprints that involve testing campaign ideas, measuring performance (e.g., ROI, MQLs), and continuously optimising based on data and customer feedback to deliver adaptive, customer-focused and results-driven marketing.
What you bring along
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field
Experience in demand generation, digital marketing or performance marketing
Experience in business-to-business marketing, preferably in technical or complex sectors
Proven ability to deliver measurable marketing impact and support commercial growth
Experience working in international environments or with global teams
Strong skills in marketing automation platforms, customer relationship management systems, search engine optimisation, search engine advertising and analytics tools
Proficient in English
Intermediate level of management experience
