Job Description

The Purchaser / Admin Officer is responsible for overseeing procurement operations and delivering administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office functions. This role involves technical sourcing, direct negotiation with suppliers, contract management, and day-to-day purchasing activities in alignment with Fugro APAC and global standards. The position also includes handling general administrative responsibilities such as documentation, scheduling, and office coordination.

QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or equal level of ability

* With at least 2-3 years in the same field and Management experience

* Previous sourcing / procurement experience in the construction, infrastructure and/or related engineering businesses, preferably with an international company.

* Experienced and knowledge of computerized maintenance and ERP systems.

* Experience with MS Office and related software
* Fluent in English
