Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct site investigations, sampling, and logging.

· Assist more senior geologist/s in planning geological fieldwork.

· Collect, analyze, and interpret of geological and geotechnical data.

· Prepare of borehole logs, geological maps, and cross-sections.

· Support laboratory testing coordination and data interpretation.

· Prepare technical reports and documentation.

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including geologists, engineers, technicians, operations and project management team within Fugro and with clients, consultants and contractors.

· Participate in training and development programs to build technical competencies.

Requirements:

· Must be a UAE national with a Family Book.

· Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Geosciences, Earth Sciences, or a related field.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Good written and verbal communication skills.

A Great Plus If You Meet the Following:

· Internship or fieldwork experience in a geotechnical or geological setting.

· Awareness of industry standards and best practices (e.g., BS, ASTM, ISO).

· Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development.

· Willingness to travel and work in field environments.

· Knowledge of geological mapping, soil and rock classification, and field logging techniques.

· Familiarity with relevant software (e.g., GIS, gINT, or similar).

· Interest or experience in digitization.
