What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support advanced IT systems engineering for hybrid operations.

• Provision, deploy, and troubleshoot network and server infrastructure (physical, virtual, cloud).

• Resolve Service Desk incidents and self-assign escalated tasks within your expertise.

• Participate in IT projects, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity testing.

• Train users and collaborate across departments to deliver efficient IT solutions.

• Research and evaluate new technologies to drive innovation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Computer Engineering, or related field.

• 5–10 years’ experience in most of the following: directory services, systems administration, networking (LAN/WAN/VPN), virtualization (VMWare), cloud computing (AWS, Azure), SAN administration, backup/recovery, scripting (PowerShell), and mobility solutions.

• Experience architecting and implementing cloud infrastructures (AWS & Azure).

• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).

• Project management ability and stakeholder engagement.

• Certifications strongly desired: AWS CSA, AWS CSysOpsA, MCSE Azure, MCSA Azure. Preferred: CCNA, PMP.
