  • Coordinate goods-in and goods-out processes, including receiving, inspecting and dispatching deliveries

  • Arrange and track shipments of equipment and materials to global project locations

  • Maintain control of workshop tools and equipment, ensuring proper issue, return and condition tracking

  • Support the maintenance, calibration and certification of tools and equipment

  • Assist with the day-to-day running and upkeep of the commissioning facility, workshop, and yard

  • Track and manage company assets, including maintaining accurate asset registers and supporting audits

  • Liaise with internal teams (engineering, commissioning, logistics, procurement) and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations

  • Produce regular stock and inventory reports, including quarterly stock takes

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements across stores, logistics and facility operations

  • Ensure compliance with QHSSE, COSHH and safe working practices at all times

What you’ll need to thrive in this role:

  • Proven experience in a stores, warehouse, logistics, inventory control, or facility management environment essential.

  • Experience supporting day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance coordination and workspace organisation

  • Good understanding of stock management processes and material tracking systems

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

  • Solid IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft 365 and general systems

  • Experience working with tools, equipment, or technical materials in an operational environment

  • Awareness of safe working practices, with a focus on maintaining high standards of health, safety and compliance

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers

  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when maintaining accurate stock records and asset tracking

  • Proactive and reliable, with a hands-on approach to supporting day-to-day operations

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of COSHH and basic HSE practices

  • Experience supporting workshop, yard, or commissioning facility environments

  • Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)

  • Experience with asset tracking, audits, or equipment calibration/maintenance processes
