Job Description
Job Purpose
Provide administrative and compliance support for SASO and SABER certification processes within the Testing Division. The role focuses on documentation coordination, submission tracking, and supporting laboratories and inspection teams to ensure regulatory compliance and efficient certification workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end SASO and SABER certification submissions including application preparation and tracking.
Prepare, compile, and verify test reports, certificates, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate with certification bodies, SASO, and clients for submission updates.
Maintain structured document control and filing systems aligned with company procedures.
Track certification timelines and ensure on-time submissions.
Coordinate with laboratories (CMT, NDT, Chemical, Materials, Calibration) to obtain required reports.
Support administrative processes including documentation tracking and invoicing coordination.
Assist in audit readiness and ensure documentation compliance.
Provide general administrative support to operations and compliance teams.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
2–5 years of administrative or compliance experience in Saudi Arabia.
Experience with SASO / SABER platform preferred.
Exposure to testing, inspection, or certification industry is an advantage.
Good understanding of documentation control practices.
