Job Description

Your role

As a Learning Specialist (Quality & Competence), you help ensure our technical training meets the highest standards. You support the full learning lifecycle and work closely with the Global Learning Advisor, technical trainers, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders. You also maintain technical competence frameworks and support the Kahuna competence platform.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the learning lifecycle from needs analysis to continuous improvement.

  • Translate business and competence needs into effective learning solutions.

  • Align with stakeholders and validate learning requirements.

  • Review and improve training quality, materials, and assessments.

  • Collaborate with technical trainers to enhance structure and learner experience.

  • Apply and maintain quality standards and documentation.

  • Support competence management and the Kahuna platform.

  • Drive continuous improvement across learning processes.

Your track record

  • You have a relevant degree with relevant working experience in a similar and related role;

  • You have experience in a supporting role within learning, training or competence management;

  • You have experience with quality processes, documentation standards or structured review practices.

  • You communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • You bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a structured way of working.

  • You have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.

What Fugro offers

  • A gross monthly salary between €4,250 and €5,800 depending on your relevant experience. This amount falls within our salary range and offers opportunities for growth within the role;

  • 29 holidays per year based on a fulltime employment (of which 4 are appointed by Fugro management) and the possibility to purchase 12 additional days;
