Full Job Summary Fugro is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of our environmental service line in Iraq. Based in Dubai, you will manage projects from opportunity identification through proposal development, delivery, and close‑out. You will ensure projects meet QHSE, commercial, technical and contractual requirements, build senior client relationships, lead multidisciplinary teams, and drive business growth through winning proposals and cross‑selling Fugro capabilities.

Core Responsibilities and Candidate Profile

Core Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of environmental projects from opportunity to close‑out.

• Ensure compliance with QHSE, contractual, technical and commercial requirements.

• Develop and grow the environmental service line in Iraq using internal capabilities and external partners.

• Lead and mentor project teams to deliver efficient, profitable projects.

• Prepare and lead technical and commercial proposals for major packages and multi‑year frameworks.

• Build and maintain senior client relationships; support business development and cross‑selling.

Must‑have Candidate Attributes

• Technical foundation: Degree in environmental management/science/engineering.

• Commercial acumen: Proven track record winning proposals and managing project P&L.

• Leadership: Experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams and external partners.

• Regional experience: Familiarity with Iraq operations, security and logistics is highly desirable.

• Communication: Excellent English; Arabic advantageous.

• Behavioral strengths: Client focus, problem solving, teamwork, clear communication, planning and organization.
