Job Description

We’re seeking a Global Manager of Business Solutions & Analytics in Nootdorp, the Netherlands, who can turn complex systems, data flows, and competing priorities into practical, scalable solutions. You lead the shift from reactive selling to proactive, data‑driven engagement — positioning CRM as a core driver of commercial excellence.

As the backbone of Fugro’s Sales Excellence strategy, you lead the development of our global CRM, AI‑enabled sales tools, sales metrics, and market analytics. You fuse technology, data, and commercial insight to build CRM and analytics capabilities that elevate sales execution, sharpen forecasting, and enable confident decision‑making.

With strong commercial and market insight, you turn sales data into actionable intelligence that informs strategy, performance management, and business planning. You facilitate Fugro become a proactive, client‑centric, solution‑led organisation that uses data and technology to anticipate client needs, deliver tailored solutions, and forecast performance.

Working effectively across multiple time zones and excelling in a global, distributed environment is essential for this role.

Your Role

  • You lead the development of Fugro’s sales technology backbone, including CRM evolution, AI enabled sales capabilities, and market analytics.

  • You define and deliver a mid  to long term CRM roadmap, creating an intuitive, single source of truth system for collaboration, call reporting, customer management, and pipeline visibility.

  • You ensure CRM data integrity and governance, covering licensing, security, documentation, and alignment with Fugro’s product governance standards.

  • You translate sales KPIs into clear insights for senior leadership through reliable dashboards and high quality reporting.

  • You establish leading sales metrics that enable accurate forecasting and support individual performance management.

  • You build advanced analytics capabilities for market trends, competitor intelligence, and client behaviour, turning insights into actionable commercial strategies.

  • You drive adoption of AI tools for lead identification, opportunity scoring, pricing optimisation, and proposal support, while exploring emerging technologies to enhance sales effectiveness.

Your Track Record

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, providing a strong foundation in commercial, technical, or strategic leadership;

  • Led a global CRM transformation (Salesforce, Dynamics, or equivalent) delivering an enterprise‑wide, single‑source‑of‑truth platform;

  • Built and implemented global sales metrics & forecasting frameworks that improved forecast accuracy and executive decision‑making;

  • Implemented AI‑enabled sales tools such as lead scoring, opportunity prioritisation, call reporting automation, and pricing optimisation;

  • Established CRM governance and data integrity frameworks covering licensing, account hierarchy, data quality, and security controls;

  • Drove global adoption of CRM and analytics tools, achieving rapid onboarding and sustained usage across diverse commercial teams.
