🌍 We're Hiring: QHSE Advisor

📍 Location: Cairo, Egypt
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

HSSE Operationalization & Compliance

• Implement and support HSSE/Q systems across projects and locations.

• Conduct audits, inspections, and gap analyses.

• Ensure alignment with local laws, customer requirements, and company standards.

Risk & Emergency Management

• Facilitate risk assessments and verify control measures.

• Support emergency preparedness and response frameworks.

• Contribute to permit preparation and dynamic risk assessments.

Culture & Engagement

• Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement.

• Deliver training and certification programs for staff and contractors.

• Engage with teams through site visits and client/contractor meetings.

HSSE Advice & Guidance

• Act as a trusted advisor on HSSE matters.

• Provide hands-on support for risk management and project documentation.

Event & Experience Management

• Foster a psychologically safe environment for reporting and learning.

• Support incident investigations and follow-up actions.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Track and report HSSE metrics.

• Collaborate with teams to implement improvement initiatives.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical discipline.

• Experience: 6+ years in HSSE, preferably in Oil & Gas or similar industries.

• Certifications: NEBOSH, ISO 45001 & 9001 Lead Auditor, Certified Safety Professional.

• Languages: Fluent in English & Arabic.
